CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of weather-related cancellations our client reserves the right to cancel. This is the only exception. A Little Pop of Color also reserves the right to cancel due to bad weather conditions. If the client does not cancel, there will be no refunds after the point of delivery. In the event of rain we will not be able to set up unless a covered roofing area is provided or an indoor location.
Events booked more than 2 weeks in advance have 48 hours to cancel and apply deposit to future date within 12 months of event.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less will forfeited deposit.

WEATHER RELATED

   If you need to cancel your event, we will refund you your deposit minus processing fees or you can be apply your deposit to a future rental. When you are ready to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to your new event date. Rebooking must be within 12 months of original event date, if available.  We ask as a courtesy that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If canceled after full-payment is made, we will refund payments minus processing fees and deposit. If cancelation is made 24 hours or less all payments and deposits are forfeited.  No exceptions.  Events booked more than 2 weeks in advance have 48 hours to cancel and receive deposit/deposits.
Reservations made within 2 weeks of event will forfeit deposit.
All reservations have the option to reschedule within 12 months 

NON WEATHER CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you provide adult supervision to the children on all rental equipment.  We love our 4 legged friends but pets are not allowed during setup, rental equipment in use and breakdown. It is important to follow our safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

- Do not exceed the maximum capacity of each party rental item.
- Do not misuse any equipment.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- No shoes on bounce houses or soft play rentals
- No food, drinks, paint or sharp objects allowed inside the party rental items.                                                                              -No pets                                                                                      Please do not allow children in the play space during set-up and pick-up of equipment.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or damage to the equipment.

SAFETY POLICY

Damage Policy

Any damages caused to our equipment during your party will be the responsibility of the renter. This includes any excessive mess or stains that may require additional cleaning or repairs. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property. 

Liability

OUTDOOR POLICY

We require a clear pathway at least 3ft wide in order to bring in the dolly and equipment. If there are any trash cans, tables, chairs, etc. in the way of set-up, they will need to be moved by the renter before Play Soft's arrival.
Please measure the area for set-up before Play Soft’s arrival to ensure enough space for your set-up. No refund will be given if there is not adequate space for the play zone to be set-up in a safe manner for children and the equipment.
We require a flat surface that is dry and free of uneven grass, holes, rocks, mud, debris, etc. in order for us to set up the rental equipment. If your rental will be on grass, please mow prior to the event in order to ensure a flat surface so the padded flooring does not buckle, which can be a tripping hazard for children.
Weather: The soft play equipment is made of material that can become quite hot if in direct sunlight. If there will be excessive heat on the day of your rental, please have a shaded space provided (canopy, patio, etc.) for set-up. The rental equipment cannot be set up under trees/plants that have flowers or colorful droppings, as these can stain the equipment. No refund will be given if outdoor parties are unable to proceed due to lack of shade or due to space that is not permissible for set-up. We will not set up outside if it is raining or if there is a chance of rain. If there is rain in the forecast for the day of your event, we will work with you to find a place inside to set up. No refund will be given if outdoor parties are unable to proceed due to wet weather.
For parks and event spaces, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the correct permits and permissions (if any) for your location. If we are unable to set up when we arrive, no refunds will be issued. When booking us for Park and event spaces, extra fees apply for parks and some event spaces for parking, extra set-up and pick-up time due to limited parking and location configurations, limited time and time constraints for set up and pick up, duck and tree droppings, highly saturated grass, extra cleaning, etc.
