Q: Do you require a security deposit?                                                                                                                A: We require a $100 refundable security deposit at time of booking to secure your date. The full balance is due 7 days prior to your event. 
 Security deposits will be fully refunded 3-5 business days after the event as long as the equipment does not have excessive dirt, wet, moved from original setup area, no stains and no damaged. 

Q: Can I rent multiple party rental items for my event?
 A: We have soft play packages that you can add on any of our bounce houses or add our water/sensory table and slide. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Can I move the rental equipment once it has been set up? 
 A: We ask that you do not move any of the equipment once it has been set up by our staff to ensure the safety of the children using it. All balls must be returned to ball pit prior to pick up.
 Q: What if it rains on the day of my party? 
 A: We can reschedule your party for a different date(weather related) and apply your booking fee deposit to the new date within 12 months of your original event date. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

A: We recommend booking your party rental at least 1 month in advance to ensure availability. However, we may have availability for last-minute bookings, so please contact us for more information.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       Q: How often do you clean the equipment?
A: We clean after each event. We thoroughly clean and sanitize after every use. We also complete a quick clean during setup. If equipment rentals are returned with excessive dirt/grime/party decor mess, you will forfeit your security deposit for additional cleaning.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       Q: Are your party rentals suitable for all ages?

A: Our mini bounce houses and soft play sets are suitable for 5 and under. Our Grand Luxe White Bounce House is suitable for ages 3+.
